how we treat what you tell us
privacy
Your intake is a confidential letter to the agent. We use it to make your booklet. We do not use it for anything else.
specifically
- We do not use any household's intake to train shared models. Ever.
- We do not share intake contents across commissions. Each intake is product-scoped.
- We do not delete your digital edition on payment failure. The lights stay on.
- We do not run advertising trackers on the site. There are no third-party scripts inside the password-gated web edition.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade any household data.
- Aggregate statistics — “what fraction of customers ask for one-syllable names” — are extracted only at the population level, never tied to a household.
what we store
- Your email and password (hashed), stored once in the studio's shared accounts table.
- The intake answers you sent us, stored in your dashboard for as long as you want them.
- Your booklet's composed contents, stored so you can re-read it at the private URL for at least five years.
- Audio pronunciations, generated once per name in a neutral studio voice, cached in encrypted storage.
- Stripe payment metadata (customer ID, subscription ID); we never see or store card numbers.
what we will never store
- A voice cloned from a real person. The pronunciation feature uses a single neutral studio voice.
- Photos of children. We don't ask, we don't take, we don't store.
- Tracking pixels in your booklet’s shipping notification.
deletion
Write to the agent and ask. We’ll remove your intake and account permanently. The composed booklet itself we’ll keep an offline record of (the studio is committed to preserving every booklet), but we will detach it from your identity on request.
